EPSN Workforce helps the licensees either with finding clients or with finding candidates. This means that our licensees are not the only ones responsible for the process. The process requires multiple people to do their job. This also means the revenue needs to be devided between these groups. The licensees will always get 35% of the revenue from their placement.
EPSN Workforce requires the licensees to invest. EPSN is allowing you to start your own business with the name and logo of EPSN. In exchange for these resources we ask you to invest an entrance fee, and a monthly fee for the first three years.
The overall investment is different for each type of licensee. For example the investment for the business developers is higher, because it is easier to find a lot of clients with open positions compared to finding talented candidates.
