1. First contact
It all starts with your application. After you have submitted your application, we will carefully assess it. This is when the selection process will start. If the assessment is positive, we will send you an invitation through e-mail to get acquainted via a Skype video meeting.
2. Skype meeting
The Skype meeting will be the first interview. During this meeting we will discuss your needs and skills. We also discuss the EPSN concept and how we could enter into a possible collaboration.
When both parties are positive about a collaboration we directly will schedule a personal meeting at EPSN Workforce HQ in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
3. Personal acquaintance
We would like to welcome you to our head office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. During this meeting we will discuss the business case and you can present yourself to the board as a potential new business partner of EPSN Workforce. At the end of the meeting we will go through the draft of the company contract.
Welcome on board! After we have finalized the contract phase, we will sent you the official invitation to our 2 day onboarding training at EPSN HQ. All of our specialists at head office will give you training in all of our tools and giving you the tips and tricks about how to become the most successful with your franchise.
