We offer great support


We deliver support on multiple levels. When someone decides to become an international business partner of EPSN he or she will be invited to have an onboard training at the EPSN head office in the Netherlands. Not just this training is a way of supporting your success, to name a few more:

  • Multiple (follow up) trainings 
  • Support in finance, administration, payroll and invoicing
  • Relocation services for your talented candidates
  • Access to an international network of licensees
  • Access to our CRM-system and corporate marketing systems

We offer support from head office, but also from our country managers.

Training

EPSN Workforce offers a various amount of trainings to their licensees. When a new licensee enters the network EPSN Workforce invites them to take place in an onboard training in the head office. During this training EPSN handles different kind of subjects. Among these subjects are the CRM-system, social media and relocation. 

After this onboard training, we will follow up these subjects to help you become successful and of course help provide GROWTH

Onboard training - 3 days

Onboard; our way to welcome new licensees during a 3-day training at the Headoffice Eindhoven – The Netherlands

It's a forward-thinking onboarding programme, not just simply a box-ticking exercise or brief orientation period.  

This onboard programme is only 3 days, so it takes the average licensee eight months to reach full productivity. Guidance and support throughout this journey are key which you will receive this support through:

  • coaching of your Country Manager
  • tutorials & webinars of the IT, Finance and Marketing & Communication departments

These departments offer long-term support.
